Cancellation Policy
I value the time spent with you, and ask that you please respect my time schedule, so i may offer the best service to each and every client.
I understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule, and I respectfully request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, so that I may make your appointment time available for another person on our waiting list.
If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services you booked to the credit card on file.
Late Arrivals
Please send a text message to DeAsia at (979)436-2988 if you are running late for your appointment.
I recommend arriving 5 minutes before the start of your appointment to find parking and use the restroom. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service.

WHAT WOULD PREVENT ME FROM BEING WAXED?
Skin conditions: Eczema, psoriasis, or any ACTIVE skin infection or rashes.
Sunburn: Recently sunburned skin is too sensitive for waxing.
Recent chemical peels/filler or botox: Skin may be to fragile immediately after treatments.
Medications: Certain medications, especially topical retinoids or acne treatments (like Accutane), can thin the skin.
HOW LONG DOES MY HAIR NEED TO BE?
Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). Too short, and the wax cant grip it.
DO NOT SHAVE OR TRIM before your wax appointment.
What should clients do before and after their waxing appointment to get the best results?
Before your appointment, ensure your hair is at least ΒΌ inch long. Exfoliate gently to remove dead skin cells. Avoid applying lotions or oils on the day of your appointment. After waxing, avoid excessive heat, tight clothing, and harsh products for 24-48 hours. Moisturize regularly to keep skin smooth.
